QI QONG
Qigong meditation is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines controlled breathing, gentle movement, and meditation to promote good mental, physical, and spiritual health.
Through the practice of Qi Gong, it helps to cultivate the energy and strength one’s body to promote better mental, physical, and spiritual health.
We will apply Qi Gong meditation focusing on toning the five main organs of heart, liver, spleen, kidney and lungs, which stores many of our negative emotions and causes sickness in our body.
The class is taught by Master Chen, presently offering Qi Gong classes at TNG Centre.
