La Tuilerie

La Tuilerie is a serene, peaceful and quiet estate which is situated on a one hectare land franked by the river Orbieu, a 84.2 km long river in Aude commencing from mountain of Corbières near Fourtou flowing down northeast towards the coastal area of Narbonne. The meandering river has pristine clear water, surrounded by a bamboo forest on property, and is a respite for the hot summer sun.

The property consists of a 150 year old majestic French stone house on two floors, with three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a luxurious spacious bathroom.

The indoor dinning room is comfortably designed for eight, and can be extended for ten.  There are several optional outdoor dinning venues to be enjoyed on gorgeous weather from Spring to Autumn.

A large spacious terrace is available for outdoor streches, yoga and qigong. The property is dotted with many quiet corners for hamac or meditation, so even in a group, privacy and space is always available.

It also offers a self contained luxuriously furnished one bedroom ensuite Chalet for two, with private kitchenette where light meals can be prepared and dined, an oversized sofa with Burmese teak chairs to enjoy unobstructed full view of the open field and mountain which gives the sense of spaciouness for retreat.

For the more modest and reserved, a rustic Chalet facing the cedar forest with an external bathroom is an ideal choice for the hermit.

Unlike any hospitality establishement which trives on pleasing its guests to create more revenue hence higher profits, we are invested in you developing your resilence and finding your inner freedom as we ourselves are quietly on the path as evident by our choice.
